Judging from the PATH variables, some installations were completely useless, since they were never used. I would uninstall and do a fresh install of your correct 32 or 64 bits to match and go from there. @GoNorthWest did an excellent video tutorial that will assist you. It worked for me when i removed the quotes and space. This resolved the issue.
